Re:Legend has been funded on Kickstarter!

by on July 28, 2017
Re:Legend has reached its funding goal of $51,000 USD in a neck breaking 18 hours! With this means we will start hitting stretch goals that will unlock bonuses for anyone who backs the game. The first milestone sits around $74,000 USD, which will bring Re:Legend’s music to the next level and allow the soundtrack to be performed by the Video Game Orchestra. Further goals include house customization features, legendary Magnus, and console support. I am dying for that Nintendo Switch support, so let’s make sure we hit that stretch goal! Kickstarter backers can look forward to exciting rewards like Beta access to Re:Legend, limited edition Magnus plushies(these things are going to be so cute), digital or physical art books, designing a Magnus and its evolutions, or even appearing as a villager NPC in-game. For a full list of bonuses, or just to back this awesome game as it shapes up, go to their kickstarter page.

Catching some rays, riding those waves.

I am over the moon excited for this game. I am even considering upping my pledge, just out of my sheer love for these types of games. Of course we have to try to keep our hype in the safe zone, recently it was confirmed by a tweet from the Re:Legened’s twitter account that the game’s early access beta would not be until Q1 2018. I say take your time Mangus, and give us the best, most polished game possible. I know some people may be hesitant about backing kickstarter games, but I personal feel good about this project. The kickstarter went live just over 48 hours ago and they have already had 4 updates. The most recent one is a showcase about combat. Showing off the dual swords, the fastest combat style in the game. This combat style is players who like agile and quick hitting attacks, with each consecutive hit becoming more and more powerful. Read the full update here.

This art style is soooo adorable.

If you’re excited as I am about Re:Legend let us know, and if you’re not lets argue about it in the comment! Feel free to hit me up on twitter and lets have a chat, I’d love to hear all your thoughts about Re:Legend.  But for all your Re:Legend needs and coverage keep your browsers refreshing here at GameOctane.
